And now the finalists had been chosen and it is time to vote! And wow there are some great, no, amazing entries which I know I will be voting for. But just so you guys know, my entry is this one
I went for a more contemporary style to Dan’s False Memory. 🙂 I kept the main fonts in the style of sci-fi to reflect the book (which is widely considered to be a YA sci-fi novel). I hope this almost “false” genre twist can display the dystopian, and mystery undertones of the book, showing that things are not always what it appears to be. Furthermore I hope that by creating a contemporary cover, it will also demonstrate to the audience that there is romance in the novel. I really hope you guys enjoy this. It was an absolute pleasure to make. 🙂
And sadly, I haven’t read the book. *hits self and whispers* I am embarrassed to say that. So the design was based off an excerpt. I hope you guys enjoy it. 🙂

So few months ago, I introduced this amazing contest on my blog. And now the contest is nearing the end. It is time to have the final conclusion and get those entries in. AD had kindly offered some big hints for the contest. Shall I refresh your memory on the contest first?

The Crovirs and the Bastians. Two races of immortals who have lived side by side with humans for millennia and been engaged in a bloody war since the very dawn of their existence. With the capacity to survive up to sixteen deaths, it was not until the late fourteenth century that they reached an uneasy truce, following a deadly plague that wiped out more than half of their numbers and made the majority of survivors infertile.
Soul is an outcast of both immortal societies. Born of a Bastian mother and a Crovir father, a half breed whose very existence is abhorred by the two races, he spends the first three hundred and fifty years of his life being chased and killed by the Hunters.
One fall night in Boston, the Hunt starts again, resulting in Soul’s fifteenth death and triggering a chain of events that sends him on the run with Reid Hasley, a former US Marine and his human business partner of ten years.
